FORGIVENESS, FORGIVENESS, FORGIVENESS.
You have to forgive for YOU in order for you to be able to move on. We often wait for that person to say sorry without noticing that’s what we need to move forward {IT HURTS SO BADLY WAITING ON SOMEONE TO SAY SORRY, IT CAN BE SOMETHING SO BIG OR SO DARN LITTLE} but what if you don’t get the apology you’re looking for? Are you going to be able to move forward? Or stay in the hurt that person caused you?
Reflect, pull roots that no longer serve you. Plant new seeds that will allow you to have a fresh start.
Forgive others not because they deserve forgiveness, ABSOLUTELY NOT, BUT BECAUSE YOU DESERVE PEACE. There are times that our pride will stop us from forgiving. I KNOW, I KNOW. (Your saying, hell no I'm not forgiving nobody and their bullshit, trust me I thought the same shit)
I think the first step is to understand that forgiveness does not exonerate the perpetrator. FORGIVENESS LIBERATES THE VICTIM. TRUST ME IT'S A GIFT YOU GIVE YOUR DAMN SELF......
""ALWAYS REMEMBER, FORGIVINESS DOES NOT CHANGE THE PAST, BUT IT DOES ENLARGE THE FUTURE""
